A guide to our shipping charges & destinations
Depending on the item, and in order to keep shipping charges to a minimum, goods will be dispatched by either the Royal Mail our nominated carrier company.
When items are shipped, we will email details of the method of shipment, and also details of any tracking number that you may use to track the delivery of your order, together with details of our tracking service.
Deliveries by Royal mail (usually used for smaller items) usually take 1-3 days.
Shipping Information

Carrier Details
Our main carrier is currently Parcelforce Worldwide, and deliveries can be made to both residential and business addresses. We offer only a 48 hour shipping service, and can deliver on weekdays between 9 and 4.30pm.

Please note - this means that items are delivered 48 hours from when the carrier collect the package from us - orders placed during the weekend will be delivered 48 hours from the next collection day (Monday - excluding bank holidays).

Depending upon the item(s) you order, we may use an alternative carrier. We will provide shipping numbers and tracking details for all deliveries and delivery times for these items will be the same as with our main carrier.

If we try to deliver while you are out a card will be left giving details of your local collection point. You can contact this collection point to arrange a new convenient delivery time or call and collect the goods yourself.

We are unable at present to offer any other service due to the prohibitive costs of shipping some of the items we offer for sale.

Important
Please ensure that you have your items shipped to an address where there will be someone to sign for the parcel, as it will not be possible to deliver the parcel without a signature. You must ensure you are available at your chosen delivery address to receive the goods.

Delivery Destinations
 In order to offer a better service to our customers, we have now extended the areas of the UK and surrounding areas we can dispatch to. Unfortunately, some of those areas incur additional postage charges. We have endeavoured to keep such charges to a minimum, and we have selected the most competitive rates available. Please see full details below.

Shipping Charges

Standard Shipping to Mainland UK (excluding Shetland Isles/Scottish Isles & Rep Ireland)

Different items attract different postage charges, depending on the costs to post the specific items. All shipping charges will be shown when products are added to the shopping basket.

Maximum shipping charge - £5.
Free shipping on Selected Products.

Zone 2 Shetland Isles/Scottish Isles

Shipping charges are standard shipping charges above, plus an additional surcharge of up to £6 payable on orders, depending on the items selected.

All surcharges will be shown when items are added to the shopping basket and you have selected your shipping destination.

Zone 3 Northern Ireland, Scilly isles and Isle of Man

Shipping charges are standard shipping charges above, plus an additional surcharge of up to £6 payable on orders, depending on the items selected.

All surcharges will be shown when items are added to the shopping basket and you have selected your shipping destination.

Zone 4 Channel Islands

Shipping charges are standard shipping charges above, plus an additional surcharge of up to £9 payable on orders, depending on the items selected.

Zone 5 Republic of Ireland

Shipping charges are standard shipping charges above, plus an additional surcharge of up to £11 payable on orders, depending on the items selected.
