They might be ready made but you can almost treat them as made to measure.
The Carolina design has a simple plain fabric vein in natural, making it the perfect choice for neutral interiors as it will blend in with whatever colours are in the room.
Fitting the solid metal head rail is easily done and it can be trimmed to your specific measurements.
The vertical veins can be shortened to your required length with a clever system whereby all you do is fold the top of a vein around the plastic bar supplied and slide it over the top section to grip the vein.
Next, just hook the top of the vein into the head rail and cut away any excess. Job done!
Pulling the draw cords at the end of the blind will open or close them in a ludicrously simple operation and the slats are simply angled with a twist of the metal chain until they are just as you want them.
The white powder coated headrail is one solid piece that is easily cut with a hacksaw to fit a recess.
These blinds draw to one side only however, you can select which side that occurs by turning the headrail 180 degrees before securing it.
The brackets supplied in this pack allow for mounting either top or wall face (in a recess to allow clearance of the veins) and all necessary fixings are included.
